What you’ll do 

You’ll have ideas, lots of them and you will help shape, lead and deliver creative across bold live and digital events and experiences for some of the world’s most visionary and interesting brands. 

● Create, concept, oversee and deliver brand, event and campaign assets for both client and internal work, on time and on brief 

● Turn strategy and concept into clear, compelling design stories 

● Lead and concept on graphic event ideation (virtual + in-person), working closely with event designers and producers to bring ideas to life 

● Design standout presentation decks, pitch visuals and proposals that sell the story, not just the slides 

● Support the Head of Design and Creative Design Director and wider team with ad-hoc requests and creative problem-solving 

● Stay ahead of design trends, materials, and technologies that can make our work smarter and more surprising 

● Provide constructive feedback and uphold design quality across the studio 

Who you’ll work with 

Head of Design — monthly check-ins, annual reviews, growth plans 

Social Media & Marketing — creative input into WAF branding and marketing materials 

Producers & Project Teams — collaborating on concept, production, digital and print, keeping design on-brand, on-budget and on-time 

Director of Creative Design — Check-ins, feedback, creative sessions 

Job requirements

Who you are 

You’re a modern graphic designer who lives and breathes visual storytelling. A thinker-doer with taste, pace and originality. You care about what’s next in design, not just what’s trending. You love taking a blank page and turning it into something that makes people feel. 

You’re: 

● A proactive, fast, energetic self-starter who thrives on making ideas happen 

● Obsessed with layout, colour, type and form but never at the expense of story 

● Culturally switched-on and creatively curious, you spot what’s cool before it hits the mainstream 

● Organised, detail-driven and calm under pressure 

● Equally at home designing for brands, events, experiences, and digital 

● Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and comfortable working across 2D and 3D environments 

● A natural collaborator, with broad shoulders, you can take feedback, shape ideas and lift the work higher
